On 26–27 July 2022, Asia Asset Investment and Management Joint Stock Company successfully held the “ASHICO System-Wide Management Conference” at Hạ Long Bay, Quảng Ninh.
Two years had passed since the previous management conference in Đà Lạt, and the Ashico family’s managers were only now able to sit together again at this conference for managers at Hạ Long Bay, Quảng Ninh.
Looking back one year, to the days when the whole country was fighting hard against the Covid-19 pandemic — the same period when ASHICO had just relocated its headquarters from Hai Phong to Ho Chi Minh City — ASHICO faced many difficulties caused by the pandemic waves, and Hanoi, Hai Phong and Thanh Hoa were no exceptions. But with prior preparation, the entire ASHICO system quickly adapted to the situation and built a new, proactive, and flexible way of working. All staff across the system stood united, shared the hardship, and overcame difficulties together — bringing meaningful results.
With the theme “NOW OR NEVER”, the company leadership hopes that every ASHICO staff member will carry the entrepreneurial spirit, sharpen knowledge, cultivate skills, and always be ready to give their best to support fellow units and members across the system.
To further empower the “NOW or NEVER” spirit, Mr Nguyễn Sơn — General Director — shared with all managers the current situation of the Ashico system and the business directions and strategies for the coming period.
Given the forces driving Vietnam’s industrial real estate market and Vietnam’s participation in Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), opportunities to attract foreign investment capital have been created. Furthermore, Covid-19 has gradually been brought under control, and Vietnam has started welcoming international tourists again. Therefore, industrial-park real estate and tourism real estate are the two sectors with strong potential for growth in the current context. With that vision, the Vietnam Yacht and Investment JSC (YICO) — founded in March 2022 — will be one of the new business segments with strong growth potential in the future. Mr Tào Trung Dũng — Head of Investment and Project Development, YICO — shared YICO’s development directions with the system’s managers.
During the programme, the “Ashico Happiness Fund” also presented a scholarship to Mr Nguyễn Trung Hiếu — Sales Executive at member company Ashico HR — a young man with a very special background who always strives hard in both work and life. The scholarship was presented by Mr Trương Bá Minh — Chairman of the Ashico Happiness Fund.
Alongside the sharing sessions, the programme featured cultural and art exchanges from units across the Ashico system. In addition, team-building games helped strengthen solidarity and cooperation among members, fostering the “bold spirit” and bringing managers closer across the system.
The programme concluded successfully, marking a new step forward for the entire Ashico system. Although many difficulties and challenges lie ahead, with the determination, unity, sharing, and “bold spirit” of the company’s members, the Ashico ship will reap many successes and achieve the goals set by the leadership.
Wishing the leadership, managers, and all staff across the company good health, unwavering enthusiasm, and the readiness to “fight on” to take the Ashico ship ever further into the great ocean.
